Verbal notes from Raymond Blecha before he died, stated that Blanche's parents (Vaclav and Barbara) had three children who were born dead, or died at a very young age. These total numbers are consistent with what Camille wrote in her statement supporting Blanche's petition for a name change. Also, the 1900 census show that Barbara Zajicek says that has had 7 children, but only 5 are living with them.
